Hi there, I just arrived in the beautiful city of Zurich from Vienna.
Today was the opening day, and it was packed with insightful talks, great energy, and lots of networking with AI professionals from all over the world. There were many interesting discussions around agent-based development, MCP, OpenClaw, and the security challenges we’ll be facing in the near future.
Two talks really stood out to me:
“Shadow AI: The Trojan Horse of AI Security” by Timo Bozsolik from SandboxAQ
“In Search of Winning AI Use Cases” by Slavik Dimitrovich from Amazon Web Services
The main takeaway that came up again and again was “we still need people”, and it’s absolutely true. Without human-in-the-loop, senior guidelines, and code review, it’s hard to imagine building any serious enterprise solution.
At the same time, many companies, including large IT enterprises, still struggle with AI adoption: the field moves too fast, part of the workforce can’t keep up, and documentation and best practices are largely missing. That’s why the AI Enablement role is so important right now.
There were also several interesting talks on Agentic AI vulnerabilities, one of which I mentioned above. This topic deserves a separate discussion on its own. Practices like meta-prompts can’t guarantee 100% protection, so above all, rely on sandboxing and strict permission limits for your LLM.
The day flew by. I had the chance to meet inspiring people, exchange ideas, and learn a lot. Looking forward to another busy and insightful day tomorrow!

Было много интересных обсуждений вокруг agent-based разработки, MCP, OpenClaw и тех вызовов безопасности, с которыми мы столкнёмся в ближайшем будущем.
Два доклада особенно запомнились:

Главная мысль, которая повторялась снова и снова: «нам всё ещё нужны люди», и это абсолютная правда. Без human-in-the-loop, senior-гайдлайнов и code review сложно представить, как строить серьёзное enterprise-решение.
В то же время многие компании, в том числе крупные IT-предприятия, всё ещё буксуют на внедрении AI: индустрия движется слишком быстро, часть сотрудников не успевает, а документации и best practices, по сути, нет. Поэтому роль AI Enablement сейчас так важна.
Также было несколько интересных докладов об уязвимостях Agentic AI, один из них я упомянул выше. Эта тема заслуживает отдельного разговора. Практики вроде meta-prompts не дают 100%-ной защиты, поэтому в первую очередь полагайтесь на sandboxing и строгие ограничения прав для вашего LLM.
День пролетел незаметно. Удалось познакомиться с вдохновляющими людьми, обменяться идеями и многому научиться. Жду, что и завтра будет насыщенным и полезным!

Hi, ich bin gerade aus Wien in der wunderschönen Stadt Zürich angekommen.
Heute war der Eröffnungstag, und er war vollgepackt mit aufschlussreichen Talks, großartiger Energie und viel Networking mit AI-Profis aus aller Welt. Es gab viele spannende Diskussionen rund um Agent-based Development, MCP, OpenClaw und die Sicherheitsherausforderungen, mit denen wir in naher Zukunft konfrontiert sein werden.
Zwei Talks haben sich für mich wirklich hervorgehoben:

„In Search of Winning AI Use Cases” von Slavik Dimitrovich von Amazon Web Services
Die zentrale Erkenntnis, die immer wieder kam, war „we still need people”, und das stimmt absolut. Ohne Human-in-the-Loop, Senior-Guidelines und Code Review ist es schwer vorstellbar, eine ernsthafte Enterprise-Lösung zu bauen.
Gleichzeitig kämpfen viele Unternehmen, einschließlich großer IT-Konzerne, immer noch mit der AI-Adoption: das Feld bewegt sich zu schnell, Teile der Belegschaft kommen nicht mit, und Dokumentation und Best Practices fehlen größtenteils. Deshalb ist die Rolle des AI Enablement gerade so wichtig.
Es gab auch mehrere interessante Talks zu Agentic-AI-Schwachstellen, einen davon habe ich oben erwähnt. Dieses Thema verdient eine eigene Diskussion. Praktiken wie Meta-Prompts können keinen 100%-igen Schutz garantieren, also verlass dich vor allem auf Sandboxing und strikte Permission-Grenzen für dein LLM.
Der Tag ist wie im Flug vergangen. Ich hatte die Chance, inspirierende Menschen zu treffen, Ideen auszutauschen und viel zu lernen. Ich freue mich auf einen weiteren vollen und aufschlussreichen Tag morgen.

Aujourd’hui c’était le jour d’ouverture, et il était bourré de talks instructifs, d’une super énergie et de beaucoup de networking avec des pros de l’AI venus du monde entier. Il y a eu plein de discussions intéressantes autour du développement agent-based, de MCP, d’OpenClaw, et des défis de sécurité auxquels on va être confrontés dans un futur proche.
Deux talks m’ont particulièrement marqué :

L’idée principale qui revenait sans cesse, c’est « we still need people », et c’est absolument vrai. Sans human-in-the-loop, sans guidelines senior et sans code review, c’est difficile d’imaginer construire une solution enterprise sérieuse.
En même temps, beaucoup d’entreprises, y compris de grandes boîtes IT, galèrent encore avec l’adoption de l’AI : le domaine bouge trop vite, une partie des effectifs n’arrive pas à suivre, et la documentation et les best practices manquent largement. C’est pour ça que le rôle d’AI Enablement est si important en ce moment.
Il y a eu aussi plusieurs talks intéressants sur les vulnérabilités liées à l’Agentic AI, dont l’un que j’ai mentionné plus haut. Ce sujet mérite à lui seul une discussion à part. Des pratiques comme les meta-prompts ne peuvent pas garantir une protection à 100%, donc avant tout, mise sur le sandboxing et des limites de permissions strictes pour ton LLM.
La journée est passée à toute vitesse. J’ai eu la chance de rencontrer des gens inspirants, d’échanger des idées et d’apprendre beaucoup. J’attends avec impatience une autre journée bien remplie et riche d’enseignements demain !

反复被提起的一个核心结论是「we still need people」，这绝对是真的。没有 human-in-the-loop、没有 senior 的指导和 code review，很难想象去做出一个像样的企业级解决方案。
与此同时，很多公司，包括大型 IT 企业，仍然在 AI 落地这件事上挣扎：领域变化太快，一部分员工跟不上节奏，文档和 best practices 也基本缺失。这就是为什么 AI Enablement 这个角色在当下如此重要。
